Whether you start as an operator or join us as a work-study student, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills on our own machines. You’ll learn from experienced colleagues and follow internal training courses, including the machine exam and other mandatory safety trainings.
Training and growth
We offer internal training and support colleagues who follow a part-time operator programme. Step by step, you can grow into your next role. In the future, we will expand this further with a leadership training programme and new training options for operators.
