We offer internships, graduation assignments and work-study programmes (BBL) across various departments — from production and engineering to logistics and R&D. You will work on real projects and receive personal guidance from experienced colleagues who are happy to share their knowledge.
Work-study programmes (BBL)
Do you want to learn and work at the same time? Then you can join us as a BBL student for Operator A or B. You’ll learn the trade directly at our production site in Nijverdal while earning a recognised qualification. We don’t just look at your education — motivation and attitude are just as important. With the right commitment, you can grow into a fully qualified operator or even a team leader.
Collaboration with regional schools
We work closely with various educational institutions in Twente and Overijssel, such as ROC van Twente and Saxion. Together, we ensure that education and practice align well. This helps students get the most out of themselves — and discover whether textiles, technology or production is the right path for them.
