• Where are you located?

  Our Dutch production facility is located in Nijverdal. We also have four factories in the United States, where our headquarters in Union City, Atlanta is based. In addition, we have sales offices in Asia and China.

Application process

• How can I apply?

  Very easily: through our vacancy page, you can apply directly for a role that fits you. Open applications are always welcome as well.

• What does the application process look like?

  After you apply, we will contact you within 48 hours. A first interview follows, often including a tour of our factory. In the second interview, we discuss the employment conditions. If it feels right on both sides, you will receive your contract and can start quickly.

Development opportunities

• Do you offer training opportunities?

  Yes, absolutely. We train new colleagues internally on our machines, offer mandatory courses and facilitate internal exams.

  We are also running a pilot for part-time operator training courses and are developing new programmes such as leadership training.

The responsibilities and the team

• What does an average working day look like?

  In production, you work in a 3-shift schedule with a close-knit team. For office roles, hybrid working is possible. The atmosphere is informal, friendly and focused on teamwork.

  Teamwork is part of how we work. We support each other, share knowledge and regularly organise team outings or department activities to celebrate achievements.

  We think it’s important that you feel good, both physically and mentally. We offer:

  Yes. Twice a year we organise a company-wide event for all colleagues.

  In addition, teams often organise their own activities or outings. This helps us stay connected and keep a good atmosphere.
