For us, it’s about more than just work. We believe in a culture where open communication is central: we listen to each other and create space for dialogue.
Reliability is essential — we do what we say and say what we do. We show understanding for one another, encourage self-motivation and believe in teamwork: together we achieve more than alone.
With us, you’re not a number but a colleague who matters. Job satisfaction starts with trust, connection and a shared ambition.

Working with us means working together, helping each other and keeping a strong focus on safety and quality.
Our mission is clear: we protect the people that communities rely on. We do this with both feet on the ground, in an organisation with global impact. You work locally, but contribute to something much bigger.
Our Dutch production facility is located in Nijverdal. We also have four factories in the United States, where our headquarters in Union City, Atlanta is based. In addition, we have sales offices in Asia and China.
