You develop, coordinate, and execute strategic sales and end‑user initiatives across your region. You strengthen our value chain relationships, ensure our products are well‑positioned in the market, and gather insights that support long‑term success.

Building awareness among end users about the benefits of our protective fabrics.
Developing and executing a regional sales and marketing plan.
Identifying key end users, distributors, garment manufacturers and maintaining an up‑to‑date database.
Driving opportunities by guiding end users through wear trials and coordinating with Sales Managers.
Collecting and translating market trends, product needs and competitor insights into strategic recommendations.
Representing the company at events, seminars, exhibitions, and industry gatherings.
Advising customers on technical product possibilities and solutions.
Preparing sales forecasts, contributing to pricing decisions, and supporting contract creation.
Collaborating closely with inside sales, Business Development, R&D and Supply Chain.
You are an energetic, structured, and communicative commercial talent who thrives in an international environment.
Bachelor’s degree in business, commercial economics, or similar.
Minimum 5 years relevant international sales experience.
Background in PPE, technical textiles, or industrial markets (preferred).
Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic abilities.
Ability to travel up to 50%.
Strong communication skills in German (native/fluent) and English.
Proactive mindset, initiative, and the ability to influence stakeholders.
