Success in this role will not only be measured by sales performance, but also by the ability to build strong relationships within the fire and emergency response community, understand market dynamics, and provide competent support to fire departments and partners.

In this role, you are responsible for driving growth within the Emergency Response market in the DACH region. You will actively support partners and collaborate closely with customers to develop opportunities and strengthen our market position.

Below is an overview of your key responsibilities:
You are a relationship-driven professional with a strong network or affinity within the fire and Emergency Response sector. You understand how this world operates and know how to build credibility and trust. You feel comfortable in an international environment and know how to translate opportunities into tangible results.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a commercial or technical field
Experience: Several years of experience in business development, sales or a similar commercial role in an international environment
Knowledge: Affinity with technical products and/or the Emergency Response market is a strong plus
Languages: Fluent in German and English (Dutch or any other language is a plus)
Availability: Full-time available and willing to travel regularly within the DACH region
Personal traits: Entrepreneurial, proactive, result-oriented, communicative, analytical and relationship-driven
Salary: Between € 65.000,- and € 100.000,- (including 8% holiday allowance)
Contract: Direct contract (fixed-term with prospect of permanent employment)
